Who runs your trip
Vietnam Pickleball Travel plans your trip with you. 365Aplus Travel, a licensed Vietnamese operator (tax code 0110251990), runs it on the ground: hotels, transfers, guides and cruises.
Prices and what is included
- Tour prices are per person, twin share, land only. Two of you in one room pay the price on the card, each.
- Not included: international flights, visa, travel insurance, and drinks and meals that are not in the day plan.
- Travelling solo? You can have your own room for a small supplement, or we pair you to share.
- Some dates, such as public holidays and Tet, cost more. You get the exact price for your dates, in writing, before you pay anything.
Deposit and payment
- A 30% deposit confirms your trip. The balance is paid on arrival.
- Bank transfer is easiest for us. We also accept cards and Wise.
- Once you are confirmed, we open a WhatsApp group with your on-ground team.
Cancelling
Cancel up to 45 days before departure and you get your full deposit back.
Inside 45 days, some of what we have already paid to hotels and cruises cannot always be recovered. We do what we can to get it back, and we tell you the exact numbers up front rather than after the fact.
Insurance and health
Please bring travel and medical insurance. Pickleball is a physical game, so tell us about any injury or limit when you plan, and we will set the pace to suit you.
Privacy
What we collect
What you give us through the enquiry form, WhatsApp or email: your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, travel dates, group size, playing level and anything else you write. If we book hotels, flights or a visa for you, we will ask for what those need, such as names exactly as on your passport.
How we use it
To reply to you, plan your trip and book it. We share it only with 365Aplus Travel and the suppliers who need it to deliver your trip, such as hotels, cruises and guides. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
Where it is kept
In our email inbox and a private enquiry log, accessible only to our team.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies, which you can block in your browser settings.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete your details and we will do it. We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to plan and follow up your trip.
