This is our flagship week — and the easiest introduction to a pickleball holiday in Vietnam. You're based the whole time in Hoi An, the lantern-lit old town, with a single day trip out to the Golden Bridge at Ba Na Hills. Mornings are for sightseeing, the tailor and the coffee shops; the 2 pickleball sessions happen in the afternoon, once the heat's eased off. Easy mornings for sightseeing and the slow stuff — pickleball and the harder sessions happen once the afternoon heat's eased off.
Land at Da Nang International Airport and we transfer you straight to Hoi An, about 45 minutes south. Settle into your hotel, then head into the lantern-lit old town for the evening — the moment Hoi An is famous for. An easy first night and a local welcome dinner.
After breakfast, cycle out through the rice paddies to Cam Thanh's water-coconut forest for a spin in a traditional round basket boat — a fun, only-in-Vietnam morning. Back to the hotel for a break through the hottest part of the day, then lunch at one of our favourite local spots. In the afternoon it's your first pickleball session on a Hoi An court, and once the sun's down, your guide walks you through the Old Town's back streets for a proper street food tour — the dishes locals actually eat, not the tourist menu.
Spend the morning the way Hoi An's best enjoyed — on foot. Wander the Old Town's lantern-strung streets, stop for a proper Vietnamese coffee, and if you like, get measured for a tailor-made garment at one of the town's famous shops, ready before you fly out. Around midday, we take you out to An Bang Beach for lunch by the water, then it's back to Hoi An for an afternoon pickleball session to close out the day.
A full day up at Ba Na Hills, home to the world-famous Golden Bridge and its giant stone hands — one of the most photographed spots in Vietnam. Cable car up, time in the gardens and the French Village (lunch is available up on the mountain if you'd like it), then back down in the evening — straight back to your own hotel in Hoi An, no need to pack up and move.
No pickleball, no itinerary — just a day to do as little or as much as you like. Stay close and chill: a spa, a massage, a slow coffee, a wander through streets you haven't seen yet. Fancy going a bit further, An Bang Beach is a short ride away for the afternoon, or you can head out to VinWonders Nam Hoi An for its safari park and theme park pools — and if you're there in the evening, the acrobatic Teh Dar show is worth staying on for. Keep this morning easy: breakfast, one last swim at the hotel, maybe a final walk through town. Da Nang's airport is about 45 minutes from Hoi An, so there's room to move around your flight time rather than the other way round. Whenever you're ready, your guide and driver come to pick you up and take you out to Da Nang airport.

Hoi An gives you the lantern-lit old town in the evenings, while Da Nang, with the most courts in central Vietnam, is about 45 minutes away for play. If you'd rather be on the beach in Da Nang, we can base you there instead.
No. All levels are welcome, from beginners to strong club players. We match your sessions to your level, and if someone in your party doesn't play, they can sightsee, rest or join a cooking class instead.
February to August is the most reliable weather on the central coast. September to December is the rainy season, when Hoi An can flood for a few days at a time, so we use covered courts and keep the plan flexible.
