Hanoi to Saigon, the whole country, with a paddle in your bag.
This is the big one — Hanoi to Saigon, the length of Vietnam, with pickleball woven through it. Ha Long Bay, the Hoi An lanterns, the Da Nang beaches, and a Mekong Delta morning to finish. Six sessions across three cities, three of them club meetups with locals. Two internal flights keep you off overnight buses, and rest days are built in — you will need them. Small group, real courts, and a local team who handle every detail.
Everything below is a sample itinerary. We tailor the pace, the play, and the sights to your group before you travel — you tell us the vibe, we shape the days around it.

Every hard-effort thing happens in the cool of the morning. The hot hours are always yours.
Arrive in Hanoi and dive into the Old Quarter — a street-food walk, Train Street, Hoan Kiem Lake. A morning pickleball session with local club players eases you in. Two nights to find your feet before the country opens up.

Transfer to the coast for an overnight cruise through Ha Long Bay — kayaking, a cave stop, and sunset from the deck. A complete change of pace, and one of the trip's great memories.

Back to Hanoi and a short internal flight to Da Nang. The rest of today is a genuine rest day — the beach, a coffee, an early night. Pacing a trip this long is what makes it enjoyable rather than exhausting.
The heart of the central coast: two morning sessions (one a friendly against a Da Nang club), the Golden Bridge at Ba Na Hills, and an evening in Hoi An under the lanterns — with a tailor fitting if you want one.

A second internal flight south to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) — faster, louder, and full of energy. Settle in, then take in the city from a rooftop bar as the lights come on.
A morning session on Saigon's courts — the city has the most in Vietnam — then a rest day to explore at your own pace: markets, coffee, banh mi, and the history if you want it.

A day trip into the Mekong Delta — sampans through the coconut channels, a floating market, fruit orchards, and the slow rhythm of the river. Back to Saigon for a last night and a final group dinner.
One last morning game and a final banh mi before we transfer you to Saigon airport. Ten days, the whole country, and a paddle that's seen all of it.
