Your driver's name, photo and number plate arrive on WhatsApp. On a Landing Kit with an eSIM, the QR code comes by email, so you can install it at home.
Switch on your eSIM or join the airport Wi-Fi. Walk out of arrivals and look for your name. If your flight is late, we already know, and your driver is there when you are.
Pay your driver in cash and check in. We send a short welcome message with a few tips for tonight. On a Landing Kit or First Evening, your envelope is waiting at reception.

The morning after you land, our guide takes you to a drop-in session with local players, then out for breakfast and a Vietnamese coffee. Loaner paddles if you need one. Tell us your level, and please book at least five days ahead so we can find the right game.

Safe Landing is $35 for a car (1 to 3 guests) or $50 for a van (4 to 8 guests). Landing Kit is $55 or $80 and includes one SIM or eSIM. First Evening is $95 per person, with the pickup for your whole party included. Prices are the same in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
In cash, to your driver, when you reach your hotel. Vietnamese dong or US dollars are both fine. Nothing is charged online and we never ask for card details. If you'd rather pay ahead, ask us for a PayPal link.
Nothing changes for you. We track your flight number, so your driver adjusts to your real landing time at no extra cost. If your flight is cancelled or rebooked, just message us the new details.
At least 24 hours before you land. If you want a Vietnamese SIM with a +84 number, give us 48 hours, because every SIM in Vietnam has to be registered to your passport. For the morning game with locals, five days, so we can find a session that suits your level.
A travel eSIM is data only and installs on your phone at home, so you're online the moment you land. Your phone must support eSIM and be unlocked. A Vietnamese SIM gives you a +84 number, which helps with Zalo, Grab and small hotels that confirm by text. We need a photo of your passport to register it.
