Bring your club. We sort the courts, the coaches, the hotels near the courts and the local players to take on, so the person organising it isn't doing it all alone.
Somebody in every club ends up doing the spreadsheet, chasing deposits and lying awake wondering if there'll be enough courts. If that's you, here's what we handle.
Where do sixteen of us play, and who books it?
We book the courts ourselves, at fixed times, for your whole group, with enough of them that nobody sits out for long.
Are the hotels anywhere near the courts?
We choose hotels by how close they are to where you'll play, then ask for a group rate.
We'd love to play the locals.
We set up friendly games with local clubs. Pickleball is booming in Vietnam, and players here love it when a visiting team turns up.
Our levels are all over the place.
We split players by level for clinics and games. In a clinic, one coach looks after two or three players, so everyone gets real attention.
What if it rains, or it's too hot?
We line up indoor or roofed courts as a backup in the big cities, and schedule play early in the morning or late in the afternoon, never in the midday heat.
Who do I call when something goes wrong?
One person from your first message to your last day, plus a WhatsApp group with your guide and operator once you're on the ground.
I'm Kevin. I spent ten years guiding travellers around Vietnam, and these days I play here too. We don't resell somebody else's package. We pick up the phone to the courts and the coaches ourselves.
Courts, coaches, hotels and transport are arranged by our own team, with ground logistics run by our licensed partner, 365Aplus Travel.
Our coaches can explain strategy and footwork in clear English and give you real feedback, not just feed balls.
Plenty of players are in their 50s and 60s. Long lunches and rest are built into every day, so you still want to play on day six.
You plan with one person. On the ground there's a WhatsApp group with your team, and I stay in it to make sure the trip is what we promised.
Prefer to play only in the evening, or twice a day? Your club picks the hours and we book around them.
These sample tours work well for clubs. We adjust the days, the cities and the number of sessions to fit your group.

Six is a good minimum. There's no real maximum: as the group grows we add courts, coaches, guides and vehicles so the trip still feels personal.
Yes, and they're very welcome. While you play, they can join a cooking class, a market walk or a spa morning, then meet you for lunch. Our non-playing partner guide has more ideas.
Yes. We split players by level for clinics and games, and in a clinic one coach looks after two or three players. Social games can be mixed, which is usually the most fun anyway.
Six to twelve months ahead is ideal for a club, so members can book flights and leave. December to March is peak season, when hotels and popular courts fill early.
Yes. We arrange friendly games with local clubs in Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoi An and Saigon. It's often the part of the trip people talk about most.

Of course, and loaner paddles are there for anyone who'd rather travel light. Our guide to flying with a paddle covers the airline rules.
Not if you play at the right time. We schedule games early in the morning or late in the afternoon and keep the middle of the day for lunch and rest. Our guide to playing in the heat has the details.
Vietnam hosts more tournaments every year. Tell us your dates and we'll check what's on, or set up a friendly round robin with a local club instead. Our tournament guide explains how they work here.
Coming as a couple, a few friends or on your own? Every trip we run is private, so you get the same courts, coaches and planning, just for your own group.
